Steven Jeddeloh has over 20 years experience in helping individuals and organizations improve performance. He has been a business leader, a small business owner as well as a Human Resources Manager and Consultant, providing Executive Coaching, Strategic Planning and Implementation of Large Scale Change Initiatives, Business Transformation, Total Quality Initiatives, and Building Effective Teams.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Jeddeloh led an international Training and Consulting business, located in five states and Ireland. He played an integral role in planning and implementation of a variety of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Business Collaboration Strategies. His business experience includes training and consulting in National and International Healthcare Systems, Publishing, Printing, Federal Government and Education.
Dr. Jeddeloh has extensive experience in both For-Profit and Not-For-Profit business sectors. He consults in Healthcare, Education, Banking Systems, Publishing, Printing, and several Consulting Firms. Client organizations include: the Federal Government, Allina, Hazelden, Monte Fenix, First Bank Systems, and Edina and Minneapolis Public School Systems. He works with Boards, Sr. Management Teams and Individual Leaders, and Teams, helping them improve organization effectiveness. One of his specialties is helping groups deal with continuous change, manage conflict and move forward to a positive, productive outcome.
Dr. Jeddeloh has been a speaker at local and national conferences. He has also been a guest lecturer and instructor at the University level, including St. Thomas University, University of Minnesota, and St. Mary's University. Dr. Jeddeloh is the author of a book chapter entitled,"The Future of Leadership: Continuous Transformation", in the book, 12 Step Wisdom At Work, Kogan Page Publishers. He co-authored a published training module: Chemical Health on the College Campus: a Strategy for System Change, Hazelden Publishing. Additional modules include: Building High Performance Teams, Conflict Resolution, Engaging The Total Organization in Strategic Planning, Dealing With Continuous Change, and Building High Performance Teams.
Dr. Jeddeloh received a Doctorate in Human and Organization Development. His research interests include human motivation and performance, and jazz improvisation as a metaphor for organizing and partnering. He is a past examiner for the Minnesota Quality Award.
