Most recently, Mike has worked with the United States Department of Education to implement Performance Based Organization (PBO) strategies for the office of Federal Student Assistance (FSA). He helped develop and implement internal workshops that communicated the parameters of FSA as a Performance Based Organization.
Michael worked with individual FSA teams to develop customized Performance Based Scorecards. These Scorecards tie directly to the overall performance of Federal Student Assistance and track customer service, unit cost, employee satisfaction and contributions for each team.
Once each team identifies their contributions to the overall performance of the organization, Michael then consults with the teams on how to effectively Manage and Lead for Performance Accountability.
Michael's success lies in his ability to effectively customize and implement Disney style cultural changes within traditional bureaucratic organizations. |
