Marjorie E. Rush is President and CEO of Decision Suites, Inc. Established in 1998, Decision Suites, Inc is a management consulting company specializing in-group processes. Ms Rush’s career spans three decades of public and private sector experience in government, education and not for profit organizations. In recent years she has focused on small to medium sized business in the area of meeting facilitation, human resources, management systems, re-engineering and administration.

Marjorie has been affiliated with the Public Strategies Group for about four years. She worked with PSG on the New York State Department of Transportation project, and with the NY Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse project. She has been trained as part of the “Budgeting for Outcomes” initiative.
Ms. Rush is the recipient of numerous awards in public administration, public affairs and affirmative action. She has served on several boards including the Albany- Colonie Chamber of Commerce, the Albany Academy and the Center for Women in Government and is part of the President’s Council for the Sage Colleges. She is the current president of the Albany District Links, an international organization of Black women dedicated to community service through friendship. She is a member of the 2001 Capital Leadership Class and past chair of the Women’s Business Council of the Albany–Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Rush holds a BA in education, a master degree in public administration and she has studied organizational behavior at the doctoral level. She is certified in facilitation by the Creative Problem Solving Group-Buffalo and trained by Dr. Michel Kirton to administer the Kirton Adaption Innovation Inventory. She is also trained in 360 Solutions Building High Performance Teams, Self Mastery and Leadership. She is married and resides with her husband, Charles in Voorheesville, New York.
Clients of the firm include: Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Whitney M. Young, Jr. Health Center, NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal, NYS Office of the State Comptroller, NYS Office of General Services and Northeast Public Health Leadership Institute, Big Brothers and Sisters of the Capital Region, the City of Schenectady Police Objective Review Board, Erie One BOCES, M&T Bank, Sunmark Federal Credit Union, the Albany Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce Capital Leadership Program, Capital Reparatory Theatre, and Albany Institute of History and Art. The firm has been a subcontractor for CBW Associates providing training for professional development schools; and Provider Consulting Solutions, developing training for physicians, providers and coders in New York City Hospitals.
