Lisa A. Bing is president and founder of Bing Consulting Group, Inc., an organizational development consultancy that helps executives and business leaders maximize the performance of their teams.

She is also called upon to speak on issues of leadership, workplace success and women in leadership.

Bing is an adjunct faculty member at New York University where she teaches leadership and management courses. She serves on numerous boards: Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, a Board Vice Chair and Chair, Marketing & Membership; Chair, Board of Governors, Concord Christ Fund; Trustee, ASA Institute; Charter Member, Society for the Advancement of Consulting; Past President, American Society for Training & Development - NY Metro Chapter. She is also an alumnus of Leadership New York, Coro Foundation. Her educational background includes education, management development and organizational psychology having studied at Boston University, New York University and Teachers College, Columbia University.

She has been profiled or quoted in Money Magazine, Black Enterprise, Brooklyn’s Progress and Courier Life Publications. Most recently she has been recognized as one of “25 Influential Black Women in Business” by The Network Journal and awarded the Emily Roebling Business Award.
