Hello, I am Anna. I have been working at PSG for the past 7 years. Time flies when you are having fun. Sometimes I am still amazed at the opportunities this job has afforded me (both professionally and personally).

At PSG I have had the opportunity to work at all levels of government, but most intensely at the federal and state levels. Mainly I have focused on working with organizations around the issues of team performance and measurement, culture change, listening to the customer voice, and strategic planning. My strength is listening to the organization and developing actionable items to push the organization to the next level

of performance. This work has focused on aligning team outcomes with organization-wide goals and results.

I have also worked on developing innovative state budget strategies during difficult fiscal times. I have researched The Price of Government and worked with various municipalities in data analysis and implementation. Most notably, I was a key player on the Better Spending initiative in the State of Iowa that closed a $72 Million budget deficit while increasing services to citizens.

In 2005 my family moved to Tokyo, Japan. What an adventure! We have fond memories of our time in Japan and hope to return someday!

I received a Master's degree from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota, with a concentration in Public Management and Urban Poverty.
