PSG has a 5-year contract with Salt Lake County to assist with process improvement. During the first year of the contract PSG assisted the county to improve the RFP contracting process and helped create an Inter-local Agreement process including developing a proposed Council Joint Resolution outlining the role of the Council and the Mayor for Inter-local Agreements. PSG also facilitated a Leadership Retreat for the Chief Administrative Officer to help identify high leverage opportunities to improve the internal operations of the County.
PSG has been working with the Planning and Development Services Division of the County including facilitating planning sessions for a cooperative county plan, and facilitating sessions to help the Division identify key opportunities to improve their ability to produce their stated objectives.
