Trust among teachers, administrators, parents and the community was very low after a labor union dispute. PSG was hired to forge a new partnership between the School Board and the Administration. PSG did an independent analysis of the district’s management, to prepare the School Board to address budget issues and improve the District’s ability to help students achieve success. In addition PSG presented a series of "strategic opportunities" for the District to consider. The process involved significant input from all stakeholders.
