A share in savings contract ties PSG incentives to our customer. It is results-oriented. We only get paid when our customer succeeds because we are reimbursed a small percentage of the savings that our customer realizes. Below are examples of share in savings pricing.
The City of Cincinnati invited PSG to submit a proposal to assist in developing and implementing a managed competition initiative in which in-house and private sector providers would compete to provide services through an ongoing, systematic process.
PSG has a three year contract to be the State of Iowa's "Reinvention Partner." Under this agreement, PSG supports the State through a variety of projects each with its own performance based fee arrangement.
