If at any time for any reason, PSG's customers are not
satisfied with the results we produce, we ask to be notified.
If we cannot ameliorate the problem, we do not expect to
be paid.
The Public Strategies Group encourages contracts that are
results-oriented and have fixed prices. We want to get paid
for producing results and not on the basis of time.
Because we sell results, we work from clearly stated performance
expectations that are mutually agreed upon at the onset. Our
work is focused on producing results that our customers value.
We expect them to pay us for those results if, and only
if, they are satisfied with our work.

The answer is a firm yes!
In a couple of cases, the results of a project have not
lived up to the expectations of the client or PSG. In those
cases, we have cut the price or charged nothing. At PSG we
believe strongly in "walking the talk" of accountability and
customer satisfaction. The future of our business depends
on it.
